Initiatives to utilize customer feedback
We strive to satisfy our customers first and foremost by responding to their inquiries.
In customer service department, we listen closely to our customers‘ thoughts and feelings, and strive to provide a satisfactory response with our motto of accuracy, speed, and kindness. In cases where the customer service department is unable to provide sufficient answers, we will work with factory, sales department, and marketing department to investigate. All feedback from customers is entered into the “AP System” on the same day.
The managers in charge of each department related to products gather together to confirm activities from a holistic and essential perspective and promote “good manufacturing” based on customer feedback.
The managers in charge of product-related departments such as marketing, product planning, research, production, customer service, quality assurance, and quality control gather together on a regular basis to check the feedback of customers and discuss whether the activities of each department lead to customer satisfaction from a broad perspective and from an essential viewpoint. At this meeting, we revise our activities, make decisions on important issues, and promote “good manufacturing” based on customer feedback.
