Based on its Quality Management System (QMS), Moby Dick is committed to quality assurance activities to maintain and improve the quality of its products and to meet the demands of its customers and other stakeholders in order to gain their trust.
Moby Dick Safety Standards
Moby Dick’s safety standards aim to ensure a high level of safety, with customer safety and peace of mind as the top priority.
We will not release any products whose safety cannot be confirmed through three rigorous safety evaluation steps during the product development stage and two comprehensive checks before release. Even products released after rigorous
evaluation and confirmation may have unforeseen problems. After release, we constantly inspect safety in detail through two steps, and in the unlikely event that a safety concern is found, we will respond promptly and appropriately, with customer safety as our top priority. Moby Dick will
continue to adhere to safety standards and ensure a high level of safety.
